Alice in Jewelryland
Alice follows a rabbit into a land of jewelry where she finds true love. I like to think that this commercial is a lot more interesting than a Jareds, or the Shane Company commercial. And it makes me a bit sad to know that my commercial is not on television when all those boring jewelry ads are.
I was commissioned by Paulson Management Group (PMG) to create this online advertisement for their client MyJewelryBox.com. On a slightly un-related note, I also created and coded the flash banner on PMG's website. Check it out!

Weather the Weather
Weather the Weather is a IR wand tracking- projection game. Coded in Processing. It is a two person- glorified version of Breakout. It encourages team work to hit all the blocks and kill the boss in order to transition between all 4 seasons.
This is a team project I worked on with 8 other fantastic people: Linzi Bergmann, Ira Slastenko, Andy Mindler, Mike Roushey, Zach Horton, Teo Acosta, Dan Getta, and Krista Lipps. The project took place over 2 quarters (20 weeks). I created the balls, summer blocks, and spring blocks. The backgrounds were a collaboration of all all the designers on the team and I added my touches to all 4.

BK Apple Fries
This is work I did for Crispin Porter During my Internship. I started with a designed css/html only version of the BK Apple Fries Site and was given the task of turning it into a two page mini flash site. I worked under the art directon of
Neil Heymann. I implementated the majority of the site. I prepped the images, did the animation, and coded the web site. The Apple Fries site is no longer online, but you can still view the screenshots.

Devil Turkey's Wild Ride
This was a gift for Rob Reilly, one of the Partners at
Crispin Porter + Bogusky. I interned at CP+B over the summer. Every few days I felt compelled to draw and collect random sharpie marker doodles and tape them to the walls of the intern area. By the time Riley stopped by to scout the fresh blood I had a nice little gallery going on the walls. He expressed interest in my doodle of a devil turkey going down a river. Flattered, I did this fleshed out speed painting of my 5 minute doodle.

About Andrea Perry
I was lucky enough to be born to awesome, responsible parents whom have always been involved and encouraging of my interests. My childhood was so happy, that during most of my make believe play sessions, instead of imagining a better life, I liked to pretend that I was locked in the dungeon by an evil step mother, with only bread and water to eat. My creative explorations knew no bounds in the fictional worlds of my own imagination.
I have always had a passion for the arts, but my interest in digital art, was sparked in middle school when I took a 3 week Photoshop class over the summer. Luckily I have long surpassed the days of the porly cut out google images collages that I made in that class.
I graduated in the spring of 2009 from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA in New Media Design. I have a strong interested in asset creation, illustration, and entertainment/ viral media. While I do lean towards the visual side of new media I am capable in coding in ActionScript, XHTML, CSS, and PHP. I am currentlyworking at Crispin Porter & Bogusky as an Interactive Digital Artist. Feel free to contact me (Andrea.E.Perry (at) gmail.com) I am open to new opportunities and I love to meet people.
